#22 Grinder plate with 3/16" holes and a #22 grinder knife

Replacement #22 grinder plate and knife. Fits most size #22 machines using a standard reversible plate. The plate has 3/16" (4.7 mm) holes that is ideal for medium grinds such as hamburger, sausage, etc. The knife is a long lasting raised edge knife. The raised edge cuts better and lasts longer. If one has gradually worn away from perfectly flat, the other will have worn with it. As a result they may still be used together, however, if one is matched with a different item which is perfectly flat, the set will certainly not turn out a good product. In addition, such practice will probably break the new item.
