Features programmable trial for ignition time, retries, pre-purge, and igniter warm-up via six color-coded program keys
• Programmable Timing: Includes six program keys (blue, red, green, violet, orange, yellow) to select ignition trial times (4 or 7 seconds), retries (0 or 2), pre-purge (30 sec), and igniter warm-up (45 or 17 sec). Jumper selectable for direct sense (through ignitor) or indirect sense (using flame sensor)
• LED Diagnostics: Built-in red LED provides quick troubleshooting: 1 flash = retries exceeded (lockout), 2 flashes = recycles exceeded (lockout), continuous red = internal fault or miswired gas valve. Helps HVAC technicians identify issues without additional tools
• Robust Electrical Ratings: Input voltage: 18 to 30 VAC 60 Hz, 0.2 amp. Valve relay: 1.5 amp at 25 VAC, ignitor relay: 6.0 amp at 120 VAC (resistive).
