And the connector part is designed to be removable you can replace with the original connector of your own blood pressure monitors for home use.

Make sure the air tube falls over the front center of your arm and the artery mark is directly over the brachial artery so that the sensor is correctly placed. Pull the end of the cuff to let it evenly tight around your arm.
