In order to disassemble the water pump on models with temperature-dependent viscosity-driven fans. Note: This 32mm fan clutch nut wrench is only compatible with BMW engines.
The fan clutch wrench removed the lock nut on the hot-tack fan.
The fan clutch bracket allows the technician to fix the water pump pulley in place while loosening the radiator fan.
