You can plant directly in this mix with no additional ingredients. It won't compact and allows root aeration and productive growth. It is pH Balanced to create an ideal growing environment for many types of potted plants indoor or outdoor. This mixture is blended with container gardening in mind. It works like a sponge retaining moisture while still allowing drainage. This type of potting medium works great for houseplants such as Crotons, Lemon Lime Dracaena, Golden Pothos, Lucky Bamboo, Snake Plants, “Herb” growing and Peace Lilies.
