The Cooper-Atkins 50012-K Type K thermocouple angled bell probe measures temperature from -40 to +500 degrees F (-40 to +260 degrees C). The probe bends at a 120-degree angle and has a flat sensor measuring 17mm in diameter for surface contact. It has a response time of 4 seconds on an oiled surface for fast readings. The polyurethane coiled cable extends to 4' and withstands temperatures up to 176 degrees F (80 degrees C). This probe is for use monitoring temperatures on grills and griddles in food service applications.
