• ADJUSTABLE TEMPERATURE BREAD PROOFING MAT: This sourdough warmer mat operates within a temperature range of 59°F to 140°F (approximately 15°C to 60°C), adjustable to meet the fermentation temperature requirements of any dough. Standard bread dough typically ferments at temperatures between 95°F and 100°F (approximately 35°C to 38°C)
• NOTE OF WARMING MAT FOR SOURDOUGH STARTER: Due to heat exchange between the dough heating pad and the surrounding environment, when setting the temperature, the controller reading may be 5-15 degrees higher than the desired temperature.
