Jendila’s grappling mates are suitable for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, grappling, wrestling, MMA Ground and Pound and similar styles. This product is sold UNFILLED and the best material for stuffing is shredded cloths or rags. Polyfil can be used but will not have the same support as polyfil is not dense enough, kids are the exception. Sand is not supported for this product.
