Straight out of the box it was intuitive to switch back and forth between the uses.I was also pleasantly surprised at the overall quality of the tables. The hardware and surfaces seem like they will last a while.The size is really nice as well. They fold up to a manageable size for one person to handle, but the tables are big enough to use for a picnic as well.Overall I am happy that we will get years of entertainment with friends and family! I recommend that you get one of these setups for your home. this is such a good idea and so much fun! Very cleverly designed and decently easy to transport. The tables are decently heavy, but they are made of solid plastic tops and metal legs. You open each one up and it contains a bag that holds the bean bags for corn hole and the balls for ball toss. The bags Velcro to the legs, offering organization and tidiness. Just open the table up, pop out the center circle and extend the one side of legs and you have corn hole. Or keep the table on its fact, extend one side of the legs all the way out and you have ball toss. We can take these tables anywhere and bring the party. Very cool idea. I busted these out for the first time during my recent neighborhood block party. They were setup right near a neighbor's Coors Light branded corn hole set - the different in quality was obvious - this set was much bigger & much sturdier. All day long the guys gravitated to this set and the other set was rarely (if ever) used.The built-in storage is very convenient, and I love that they fold down to a very compact size - perfect for those with limited storage (such as myself).I also want to mention the built-in handles... very easy to transport. A very nice feature. This combo game set is great for the back yard as well as to take to the neighbors party.The Corn Hole (bean bag) game is great, but it doesn't meet regulations, incline to steep, bags too light.. It's fun to play though. The Ladder Golf is a nice game too. The bags and string-balls are included and stored in bags attached to the table legs.That the two boards can easily be converted to table is a great additional feature.Easy and quick to set up and break down. The set has an unexpected high quality.Due to the bags and string balls the set is rather heavy, so you might want to transport the accessories separately. Bought this a few months ago and we take it everywhere. Beach, backyard, parties, camping... everyone loves it!! I like that I can have a table for camping and games too, and I only have to pack one item!! It is very well built. We have had bean bag toss games before and kids always walk on them, breaking them in half. I have walked on this and I weigh 200 lbs, kids no problem!! This gaming set is ideal for tailgating. Full sized, four foot long corn-hole sets are a pain to transport, especially if you don't have an SUV. This set folds in half, making it much easier to transport. The boards are made of a heavy plastic and are quite substantial. I've used this set for both corn-hole and ladder golf at various Philly sports tailgates and in my driveway at a party. It was universally loved in all cases.Some other sets may be available at a lesser cost, but if you take the plunge with the set I think you'll see where the extra money goes. I wouldn't be at all surprised if I still used this in 20 years. Highly recommended. Each table with 4 bean bags and 3 sets of golf balls. One table has red color scheme and the other has blue.GENERAL OBSERVATIONSThe set is fully capable of adding excitement in an instant to any boring party. It got three configurations;(1) Bean bag toss(2) Ladder golf(3) Serving tableIt takes less than a minute to change from one configuration to the other. The legs are adjusted by sprint buttons which are very easy to press. Frame quality is good but plastic inserts on each end of the legs are cheap quality and that’s the only thing I did not like in this set. These plastic insert however do not impact the overall durability.The top is very solid and game prints on the top are there to stay. When fully folded, it can easily sit flat in a car trunk. The carrying strap has a little bit padding on it and makes it easy on the hands when carrying. There is a red tab around the middle part of the frame that locks the frame together. The attached pouches to store the balls and bean bags are decent size and store everything easily.When I converted it to table configuration, all legs were equal and I did not observe any wobbling. There is no feet adjustment capability in case you place it on an uneven surface.I am 5’8” and 170 lbs. and felt ok carrying both simultaneously but I would not say, “Its light weight”. Combined weight of both tables feels much similar to one of those fully packed large bags you check-in at the airport.I would not recommend leaving this set out in the open all the time.USAGEThe set is a great fit for all ages. On the weekend, I setup a bounce house for kids from 5 to 8 years old. Then I set up this set next to the bounce house to see how kids react to it. Within a minute, the bounce house was empty and all kids were playing with the set. Girls loved the red color scheme and guys stuck to the blue of course. Ladder golf was more popular among the kids and bean bag got its votes from the adults. Everybody loved the set and enjoyed what it offers. I am sure it will be going with us next time we are out there for picnic.I love the fact that it can be converted to a serving table. Given the frame quality, weight limit (100 lbs.) and top’s sturdiness, you can easily place serving dishes or make it as a Soda/water stand. Throw a skirt on it and you have a presentable table during formal gatherings. I see it easily be used during garage sales or tailgate parties.
