It is widely used for sealing bottles of seasoning, detergent, toiletries, hair care supplies, and other powders, solids, liquids, and oils. Thickness:0.5 mm / 0.02 inch Packing List: 200 Pcs x Aluminum Bottle Cap Liners Advantage 1. The cap seal liner is composed of aluminum foil and paperbacking, which can effectively avoid water, dust, moisture dirt and odors into the jar and prevent the bottle from leaking so that it can keep the products fresh at all times. 2. The aluminum foil sealing liner gives your products a professional look while providing a tamper-proof seal, which allows your customers to use your products with confidence. Instruction 1. Clean the bottle top thoroughly with a clean cloth to ensure there are no liquid, solid or oily residues; 2. Place the aluminum foil side of the seal into the bottle cap(the Silver aluminum foil side of the seal should face down, and the white side should face up.) 3. Tighten the bottle mouth and seal it with the induction heat sealer. 4. After the sealing process is over, the entire foil lining will completely fall off the cap and remain attached to the jar opening. NOTE 1. Make sure the aluminum foil liner size matches the jar opening. 2. Only work for PET Plastic jars, Not Work for Glass and PE/HDPE jars( Plastic cap is mandatory) 3. Avoid overfilling the container. 4. The induction heat sealer is not included.
