Description

The backdraft damper is used to prevent the backflow of lampblack or exhaust gas through air duct when the ventilation fan is off, it also prevents debris, dust and odor from entering your room. Widely used in dryers, extractors or range hoods, and other HVAC applications. You can install it in your home, kitchen, bathroom, office or living room which needs a ventilation system. Made of durable Stainless Steel, which has waterproof, high hardness and no rust, not easy to scratch and resist corrosion, moisture-proof and easy to clean, can be used for a long time; 2. When the exhaust starts, the air pressure will push to open the valve for air discharging; after the exhaust stops, the damper valve will automatically close and remain closed all the time to prevent odor from entering your room, making your indoor environment full of fresh air; 3. Then apply sealing glue around the bottom of the backdraft damper; 3. Finally install the vent hose to the damper with pipe clamps and seal with tape if necessary.
