Rubbermaid Unbreakable Single Pocket Wall File, Legal Size, Clear

This Wall File can attach to the wall a couple ways. That black piece in the picture is supposed to attach to the wall with the supplied adhesive piece and then the Clear File attaches to the two ears at either end of the black piece. One of those ears is broken so the file wont attach by this method. You would need to attach it to the wall the other way, which is just a couple screws screwed into the wall.
