These pans light-weight aluminum pans are built to last. Aluminum conducts heat evenly for terrific results, and will not rust or warp in the oven. A lighter weight formed aluminum pan with premium nonstick interior surface which allows for easy release and effortless cleanup. Cake Keeper is ideal for serving, storing and transporting cakes. Place your freshly baked Bundt cake inside, set the cover on top, and twist to lock the cake safely inside. Keeper is BPA and Melamine free plastic is dishwasher safe. Pan measures 10.3 inches in diameter and is 3.5 inches in height with a 12 cup capacity. Keeper height base to lid 6.5 inches with a 12.6 inch diameter. The interior diameter is 10.6 inches with a 5 inch maximum height. Pan Use and Care: 1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended. 2. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray. 3. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow. 4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces. Keeper Use and Care: 1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. 2. For storage and display use only. Not for oven use. 3. To lock cake keeper, place lid on top of base and hold firmly, twist lid clockwise until it clicks into locked position. 4. Let baked goods cool completely before placing on cake keeper base. 5. Cutting cake on cake keeper base will result in scratches and is not recommended unless using a plastic knife blade.
