• Well-packaged. The lens were protected with very sturdy, durable vinyl wrap covers. All items in the box had their own protective area cut into thick foam packaging--the accessory tools (a wedge and one reversible Philips/flathead screwdriver) had their own place in the foam so as not to touch/scratch the new lens assemblies.
• 2) The instructions were printed on a thick sheet, to include pictures for the installation process. While not the of best instructions, they made sense once I compared my truck's door mirror/lamp configuration to the instructions prior to installing the lights.
• 3) The lamps are of the plug-and-play family which made the installation slick. However, the new lamps can easily be plugged in backwards even though there is a tab-catch on the truck's receiving plug.
