The Rapid Fire Hunter's Star tool Petite : 8.5" x 8.5" allows for streamlined construction and precision trim down and thus results in ease and accuracy when making these traditionally difficult blocks. There are multiple sizes on each tool, clearly illustrated step by step instructions, design layout options, and a "basic recipe" included to get quilters started on their first set of 16 blocks. The Large Star tool uses the same easy strip piecing steps and same accurate trim down processes, but it results in blocks more appropriate for those larger quilt projects. The Large Star ruler 10.5" x 10.5" makes the star points larger than those made with the Petite Star ruler thus giving those 7" and 8" blocks a slightly different look from blocks made with the Petite Star tool.
