• PREVENT WEED DEVELOPMENT: Barricade 4FL herbicide controls the growth and development of weeds before they germinate. Barricade 4FL will not control weeds after they have germinated. In winter/spring, be sure to apply before soil temperatures reach 55 F for a 3-day average. In the fall, apply after soil temperatures fall below 50 F but before the ground freezes.
• LONG-LASTING PRE-EMERGENT WEED PREVENTION: One application can prevent weeds all season when used as directed. You can apply this selective weed spray solution several months before germination and expect it to prevent crabgrass, chickweed, oxalis, goosegrass, Poa annua and spurge, well into the peak of the season.
• BROAD-SPECTRUM HERBICIDE: This long-lasting pre-emergent herbicide is super effective on residential turf as well as production ornamentals and landscape ornamental trees and shrubs. It can prevent 30+ species of turf weeds, including both summer and winter annuals. It's all you need to stop pesky weeds from emerging in your lawn and landscape beds. • ULTRA EFFECTIVE & FLEXIBLE: You can use higher labeled rates of Barricade for season-long targeted weed control and use lower rates during shorter growing seasons. Its low solubility means it stays in the weed germination zone and will not break down even after heavy rain or snow. If you miss your timing for crabgrass germination, Barricade can be combined with Tenacity herbicide to control and prevent weeds.
