The Homeplug AV2 compliant powerline TL-WPA7617 KIT extends your network with AV1000 powerline speeds and Wi-Fi speeds of 867 Mbps on the 5GHz band and 300 Mbps on the 2.4GHz band. It is perfect for smart TVs, game consoles, HD video streaming, or lag-free gaming. Set up your powerline network with no configuration required to start enjoying wired and wireless connection. This kit comes with two products; the TL-WPA7617 and the TL-PA7017P. The TL-WPA7617 product dimensions are 2.7 x 1.4 x 4.9 inches. The TL-PA7017P product dimensions are 2.3 x 1.7 x 3.7 inches. The terms “AV1000” and “1000Mbps” are derived from applicable specifications and refer to the theoretical maximum physical-layer data transfer rate. Those terms are used on this product solely to indicate its compatibility with other “AV1000” or “1000Mbps” powerline devices. Actual data speeds vary and may be limited by the product’s Ethernet port and other network conditions such as data traffic, electrical noise, and wiring issues. For better performance, powerline devices should be deployed on the same electrical circuit and rated for the same HomePlug standard. A minimum of two powerline devices are required to establish a powerline connection. If you are uncertain about your network conditions, you should consult an IT professional to assist in selecting a networking product. Maximum wireless transmission rates are the physical rates derived from IEEE Standard 802.11 specifications. Range and coverage specifications along with the number of connected devices were defined according to test results under normal usage conditions.
