Item is loose and has no packaging. The entire kayak, especially the bottom, is covered in scuffs and scrapes. Unable to check for leaks. Rear rudder is also damaged and not functional. Missing the pedals, there is now a large gaping hole where the pedals should go. Not seaworthy without them. Other parts may be missing as well. See pictures.
