***USED - MISSING CHARGER - NOT FUNCTIONAL - SEE COMMENTS*** Jetson Bolt Adult Folding Electric Ride On

Item is heavily used and dirty, covered in scuffs and scrapes. Charger and other accessories are missing. Turns on and charges, but when you pull the throttle it does not move. The tire with motor stays still, won't spin. Unable to troubleshoot.
