• COOKWARE PREP - Prior to first initial use of the doban pot, clean out the inside to release any particles and immerse pot in clean bucket of water for at least 2 hours. Remove the pot from the water and allow it to dry thoroughly. This will allow water to seep in. This is to avoid cracking while heating.
