Check if the battery is built-in or not. When you press the ON button, please check if the blue light is on. If not, please check if the battery is built-in. You need to remove the 3 screws to open the back cover of the remote controller to check the battery. 2. Check the wiring harness to see if it works well. (Note: Our light bar remote does not come with a wire harness, please use your own harness) .The remote controller must connect and work with the wiring harness, if the wiring harness has a problem, then the remote controller can not work. So you must check and confirm the wiring harness is in good condition. 3. Check the harness of the 3 PIN plug in the correct sequence. The signal receiver box has 3 wires: The white wire is positive of the power, the blue wire is positive of control, and the black is negative of the power. If your wire harness does not in sequence as our 3 pins plug, If your harness is in a different order than the harness in our plug, so you need to make additional connections to switch the harness to the correct order for the remote to work properly. Important Notes 1.The remote controller must be used with the relay harness. 2.Please finish the installation by professionals or install the wiring harness under the guidance of professionals. 3. Manual measuring, please allow 1 ~ 3mm error,thank you. 4. Due to the difference between different monitors, the picture may not reflect the actual color of the item.
